Responsibilities:
– Social Media Marketing/Promotion: Drive strategic promotion of our programs, events, and services through engaging social media initiatives.
– Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by managing communications with professionalism and efficiency.
– Administrative Support: Handle mail, communications, appointments, and report preparation with precision.
– Office Management: Maintain office policies, oversee supplies, and manage transaction records.
– Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing Chamber events to ensure smooth operations.
– Website Maintenance: Keep the Chamber website current and informative through regular updates.
– Data Entry: Execute data entry tasks accurately to support organizational efficiency.
– Membership Support: Assist with membership inquiries, sales efforts, and retention initiatives.
– Community Engagement: Foster connections with members and the community, contributing to Chamber success.
– Continuous Improvement: Pursue professional development to deepen understanding of the Chamber’s mission and functions.
Skills:
– Experience: Previous experience in office administration or related field preferred.
– Social Media Marketing: Proficiency in social media platforms to effectively promote Chamber initiatives.
– Office Management: Knowledge of office procedures and software such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
– Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively.
– Attention to Detail: Meticulous with strong problem-solving abilities.
– Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Organization: Exceptional multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
